[Case Study] Measures to Prevent Spark Ingress into Dust Collectors

Limit spark intrusion to reduce fire risk! Demonstrate fire extinguishing effects (measures) with a unique centrifugal separation method.

There was a concern that sparks could enter from the hood due to sparks generated at the dust emission point, raising worries about dust collector fires. To address this, a centrifugal pre-dust box was added to the dust collection duct to reduce the risk of spark intrusion. (This does not guarantee 100% fire prevention.)
